Ugh! It has finally happened to me. I had someone try to steal my identity this week. Yay!!!Merry Christmas!!! My email was on the list of those things that were hacked into meaning if you sent me an email this week I don't hate you. You most likely didn't get a response because I did not recieve it. If you could please resend it that would be great! For the time being please feel free to use my personal email: email@example.com (yes, that's Camila with just one "L"). Thank you!
I loved that this session only lasted like maybe 15 minutes! It was so cold so 15 minutes was long enough for everyone I think. Their mom did a great job with the bribes because these two could not have been more perfect. :)
Have you ever walked into a reception hall that was lit somewhat like this?
That really blows. Beyond boring. Right? Right.
Now look at the same reception hall with some UH FREAKING MAZING lighting:
(photos by KC GUNN and lighting by PRESTIGE LIGHTING)
I would say that's quite a difference. SO...today's tip ladies and gentleman is all about LIGHTING for your reception. Yay!
Not only will your guests walk in and be smacked with that HOLY COW feeling but they will leave REMEMBERING your reception. AND, your reception photos will be SO much more beautiful and interesting than they would be without the awesome lighting. Just something to think about. ;)
Here are a few great lighting setups I came across a while back on theknot.com.
We had so much good food around this Christmas but would you me believe if I told you that I did not eat all of that missing chicken enchilada casserole myself? It's true. I didn't. I had a normal, not your typical overstuff yourself at Christmas portion thank you very much. But the little bit I did have was oh so good!
We had a great Christmas surrounded by lots of loved ones. And lots of presents. But not too many. We don't go overboard.
My favorite ornament of all time.
Hope your Christmas was filled with the people that you love!
So remember how Jenni and Mitch's engagement session was featured on the Utah Bride Blog the other day? Well, the lovely ladies at Utah Bride Blog also decided to feature Jenni and Mitch's cute wedding! You can see it here!
This is the first time in a long time that Jen and McKenna have had their pictures taken. They were finally ready to take that step and get some pictures to put up in their home. I'm so glad.
I was able to convice this little sweetie that Swiper from Dora the Explorer lives in my neighborhood. We were having that conversation when I took this photo:
Thanks so much you guys! And thanks for bringing all of the awesome clothes and accesories! I LOVED hanging out with you two ladies. Now that we broke that no pictures streak let's make sure you don't go long without again! Especially since you look so good in photos!
